Breanna grew up in a small town in Michigan, and after graduating high school, she discovered a strong passion for health and fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led her to earn her NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification.

She has always been drawn to integrative and alternative medicine, originally planning to study it in college before realizing that a traditional academic path wasn’t the right fit for her at the time. Instead, she chose to follow her passion through hands-on experience and continued learning. Joining Kona Health & Aesthetics gave her the opportunity to work in the world of integrative medicine she had long been interested in.

She believes strongly in taking care of the mind, body, and spirit, and enjoys learning as much as she can about the alternative therapies offered at the clinic, her coworkers, and the patients they serve.

Outside of work, fitness continues to be an important part of her life and a way she connects with and learns about herself. She also enjoys creative hobbies like art, journaling, and recently started getting into puzzles.
